Introducing fitness / wellness into the workplace is now a much more common way to look after staff's well-being and ultimately their workflow. 

 

The Government website states; "Workers can spend upto 3/4 of their work day in a stationary position which can contribute to a range of preventable health conditions, including the two leading causes of workplace absence; back injuries, stress, depression or anxiety."

Yoga in the workplace can be performed in a variety of spaces, for example outside on a sunny day or more likely an office, conference room or lunch room.  When looking to see if this would be suitable in your workplace please think of a private space where furniure can be moved and contact me to assess how we can work together to make the most of your situation.
